Please note that there may be a delay delivering your order. As all of our products are made to order, our usual processing time is 2-3 weeks but may take 4-6 weeks over the January period. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 working days and we will send you a confirmation email detailing the approximate production time.
Production time is dependent on the studio schedule. The estimated production time is 2-3 weeks for all of our items, depending on how large your order is.
Close to the production finish date, we'll get in contact with you in regards to the shipping date of your chosen products. If, for any reason, the production time is extended, we'll get in contact with you straight away.
Once your product has been shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days within New Zealand, 3 to 5 days to Australia, 5 to 10 working days to the rest of the world. As soon as we ship your parcel we'll send you an email with its tracking number.

Online purchases shipped within New Zealand are delivered by New Zealand Post. Please note: New Zealand Post does not deliver to PO boxes.
We ship our glass art internationally with DHL Express.
Please track your parcel using the tracking number provided to you – should your parcel get held in its destination’s customs, you are responsible for getting in touch with your local post office to sort its final delivery. You are also obligated to pay any additional costs that may arise, such as import taxes.
If you fail to collect your parcel and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the return postage back to you. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email us photos of the damage, including photos of all the packaging in which it arrived.
